Terms and Conditions
INTODUCTION
1.Players MUST read the T&Cs before playing, failure to do so will result in you not being able to play in future games.
POSTAGE & LOST PARCELS
2. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Orders are usually sent out weekly so you shouldn't be waiting more than 2 weeks for a parcel but on some occasions life takes over so we ask you to allow 3 weeks just to take the stress off us a little bit.
2.1. All smaller priced orders are sent 2nd class which means if a parcel unfortunately goes missing all I can do is send you the proof of posting and wait to see if the item is returned to me. Bigger valued items will be sent signed for.
2.1.1 Parcels that have been reported as lost will result in an investigation being raised with the courier, this may take up to 4 weeks unfortunately. There will be a delay.
2.2. You can upgrade to signed for postage for a charge of £4.
PLAYING GAMES WITH TANIA
3. Playing is at your own discretion.. we can not guarantee wins of the jackpot prizes..(all players on the mains will receive a prize)
3.1 Players MUST keep a track of their own totals, how much they spend and the products they have ordered.
3.2 People who join in on any main games will automatically receive their free gift in the post, if they do not win the jackpot prizes
3.3 In order to receive the gift you MUST take part in a main game.
HARASSMENT AND BULLING
4. No BULLING.
4.1 Admin will reserve the right to block any player using foul language towards any other player or Admin or Tania. This will not be tolerated!
4.2 Any incidents will proceed to a straight BAN from the page.
PAYMENTS
5. All payments need to be made by the deadline date.
5.1 Payments need to be made in by quoting your name as a REFERENCE.
5.2 You will receive a warning if you do not use your name as a reference
5.3 If you cannot pay the total balance, you will receive ONE warning only and then you will be limited to the amount you can pay in the future.
5.4 When the totals have been sent, there will be a payment deadline, how much postage is and the payment details including Bank details and PayPal.
5.5 If you have a discretion in payment, please contact Tania.
5.6 Refunds are not given, unless Tania has authorised personally. Page credit will be given for any issues, that may arise (missing items, wrong items etc)
PERSONAL MESSAGES, MESSAGES AND ADMIN
6. NO PERSONAL MESSAGES to our personal FB inbox! This will result in an instant Ban.
6.1 Admin and Tania will do their best to write back to your messages however we are not on call 24/7
6.2 Please note that although our inbox is open all the time, Admin and Tania may be busy in their personal lives to answer these messages. Please bear with us, we are not on our phones all the time, we do have children and families to look after.
