How do i play?
Tania will go Facebook Live on her page and showcase items she is selling, if you see an item you like, you simply comment on the live feed and Tania will note down your details are order request. At the end of the live, Tania will do a Lucky Dip and show the audience who has won that item. On occasions, Tania will have items that can be sold outright.
Once the game has been completed, Tania will tally up all orders and send out totals within 24-48 hours.
how do i pay?
Once the game has finished, Tania or Samantha (Admin) will send out the totals, which will show you how to pay, payment details including bank and PayPal, deadline for the payment and how much the postage is.
What is my total?
We get asked this question a lot, Totals will be sent via Tania or Samantha (Admin) - As Tania can have up to 80+ players, she has to single handily tally every players totals, this can lead to a delay in receiving them.
We do ask that all players keep a total and tally of their payments as well as the items they have bought (especially when playing the outrights)
How much is postage?
Postage is usually £3.10
Postage may vary if the parcel exceeds a certain weight or size and if you would like the parcel to be signed for.
You can collect your items however this is only if Tania approves and you will not be charged postage.
how long will it take my parcel to arrive?
Items will be posted usually within 1-2 weeks of payment being made. With regards to how long this may take, since Covid taking its' toll on the posting services, it may take a little longer than usual and please bare in mind that Christmas is also around the corner so allow upto 3-5 weeks delivery. If you still haven't received anything, please don't hesistate to ask.
Can i delay my payment?
You are only able to delay your payment if you have authorisation from Tania and only Tania.
what happens if my order is wrong?
Please contact Tania or an Admin team via the website or Facebook page and will do our best to correct your order. If this cannot be done, as items are limited edition, we will offer page credit. Tania will decide this and confirm everything with you. Q
How often are you live?
Most evenings, however if you subscribe to notifications from the FB page, you will receive a notification when Tania is live.
